Annemaries Dance Centre Alumni This page will be dedicated to our alumni. If you would like to add your information here please email us with a picture if possible and include the years you attended and what you are doing now. Please note that your information may be edited. Dance was my first love. For as long as I have been walking, I have been
dancing. My fifteen year experience at AnneMarie's taught me motivation, self-
esteem, dedication, and good old fashion hard-work. It was through ballet that
I learned part of the person I am today. These days, I will be completing my
nursing degree at UMass-Amherst; and I will be a practicing RN by the new year
('08). It was the life lessons through my childhood/adolescent passion that got
me where I am today. Dancing at AnneMarie's has given me thousands of memories
and many lasting friendships that will stay with me forever.

I danced for 15 years at Annemarie's, spending my high school years
practically living in the studios teaching, taking classes, and
practicing! The Dance Centre was my life; I look back very fondly
upon those years and the closeness I felt with my fellow movers and
with my "second mother" Miss Anne. Since those days, I graduated from
the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a double degree in
psychology and dance. I choreographed several pieces and performed in
faculty and student choreography shows. Currently, I am a doctoral
student in clinical psychology at George Mason University. I am
struggling to fit movement into my intense schedule of classes,
teaching, researching, etc., but was thrilled to perform in the spring
with the Mason Dance Company!
Miss you and hope all is well!
